PGA10 It feels weird to be recommending an ad, for a golf game no less, but I just “played” through one of the most interesting Flash banner ads I’ve ever seen. It’s a Par 5 course that takes you across several different websites, and Tiger Woods talks to you the whole way.

Check it out at Gametrailers.com or SI.com. If the banner isn’t showing up, this is the second part of the course. You can pick it up from there.

Was the ad cool? Yeah. Does it make me want to buy the game? Ummm… well, we’ll see.

Apparently, some work is required somewhere.

“Okay then, if the AI director isn’t real, why do zombies always happen to rush when things get quiet?”

“Because the only time it’s not quiet is when the zombies are already attacking.”

Stolen Pixels at The Escapist. Gotta love it.

Shi no Numa May not be open, but it's clearly outdoors. Thank you, Gametrailers, for finally bringing us new information on the zombie portion of the upcoming Map Pack 2 for Call of Duty: World at War. It looks like Treyarch has ratcheted up the scare factor and difficulty of the addictive co-op minigame once again.

Continuing on from the random spawn points for the weapons box in Map Pack 1’s Verrukt, Perks machines on the new map, Shi no Numa, are now randomly spawned. (Great…)Poof! A Perks machine!

Other new features include a quick escape zip line and a flogger. Flogger, you say? Basically, it looks like a fence that spins on a horizontal axis and sends zombies flying (see below).

The "Flogger" The Flogger in action.

The kicker though, is the hellhounds: extremely fast moving beasts that explode upon death and occasionally spawn in place of the zombies.

To see all of this in action, head on over too Gametrailers here, and watch the first part of this episode of GTTV.

Seems that there’ll be quite a bit of work to do to get those new zombie map Trophies.
